Camp FAQ

Is camp on shore or a boat? We only operate from shore. None of our camp fishing is done from a boat. (Want a boat day? See Charters.) 01 Where is camp? We contact you in advance, usually the Friday before your week, to confirm locations and other details. All locations are in the town you sign up for. 02 Do I need my own fishing gear? No. We provide all fishing gear, including rods, reels, bait, and tackle. If your child wants to learn their own setup, bring it and our counselors will teach them how to use it properly. 03 What should I bring? Nothing is required, but we recommend a snack or lunch, water, sunscreen, and anything else that keeps them cool and hydrated. 04 How many kids are in a group? Groups stay small at 8 to 10 campers, with 2 to 3 counselors per group so every camper gets real instruction. 05 Can my child do a full day? We don't run a traditional full day. There's a one-hour break between sessions, and counselors often move to a new spot for the afternoon tide. Doing both sessions is possible if you can handle pickup and drop-off. 06
